Office opening hours
The offices are open from 8.00hrs
to 18.00hrs Monday to Friday.

Our company was founded in 1991, starting with two offices in Munich and Hof. In 1999, we opened our third office in Konstanz (at Lake Constance), so we cover the area of South Germany. Each office is led by a managing partner.

We perform auditing on a national and international basis following HGB (German Trade Law), IFRS or US-GAAP.

We offer support in tax structuring and planning in a national and international basis, both for companies and private clients. Furthermore, we assist with the purchasing and selling of companies with valuation and Due diligence work. We advise private clients in all aspects of taxation and tax planning.

Finally, we have an accounting department, which is directly connected to the data processing service centre of the DATEV eG in Nuremberg.

Our international work requires experts of the same profession around the world to use their profound expertise of each country's laws and business rules. Therefore, we enjoy being a partner of KS International, a global network of partners.
