Our firm was established in 1998 by its founder Kuno Yasunari, a Japanese Certified Public Accountant who began his career at PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC). Our firm is one of the few Japanese international accounting firms to have expanded overseas and remains to be one of the most successful in Japan.

Our mission is to provide an excellent service to our clients through our range of services in book keeping, accounting, auditing, tax, labor, human resources and outsourcing among others including consulting and advisory in numerous ranges of business and industries for foreign and prospective entities in Japan. Our multicultural and multilingual staff is integrated of more than 300 experienced and qualified professionals, many of them being Japanese Certified Public Accountants, USCPAs, Licensed Japanese Tax Accountants, Social Insurance and Labor Specialist among others.
